Another lovely Prehnite specimen, this one showing well crystalised waxy spheres with a rose 'blush' to the crystals. This is probably due to iron inclusion. The associated white crystals are probably Feldspar. Excellent and unusual locality specimen (have you seen these offered anywhere else?)

This is a great thumbnail (more of a toenail really!)of this unusual locality specimen. An excellent combination piece of gemmy red Garnets and metallic platy crystals of Hematite, contrasting beautifully against the white matrix. I have not seen any more of these unusual specimens from here since 2005.

Butterscotch yellow Wulfenite crystals sit nestled in an open Dolomite crystal lined vug. The Dolomite crystals are typically saddle-shaped pinkish white rhombs. The Wulfenites are lozenge shaped crystals with perfectly bevelled edges.Associated sulphides. Some slight damage to some crystals, but otherwise a good example of the material that came out of this location over 20 years ago.
