This delightful zeolite combination specimen features cream sheaf like crystals of Stilbite over contrasting salmon pink Heulandite crystals.
I was fortunate to be told exactly where this was found, in the village of Nimbayati, in the hillier terrain of the uplands of Aurangabad where a local farmer was digging a new well to irrigate his crops. It seems many of the zeolite discoveries in the Deccan Traps are found in a similar way and not often commercially mined.
 
I was able to aquire a number of excellent samples from this find in 2017.
